This has potential for DPS on boss hunts in a party, but not solo boss hunting. Its easy for a Cart build to lose boss agro. And yes, this is a viable build for WoE, provided you can live long enough to get close to an enemy.

@@janyvanforbile8695 Agi has no effect on after cast delay. There are some gacha headgears that can reduce it but it's not in SEA ROM yet. There are some cooked food that can reduce it too.

No, its kept even when leaving a guild. It costs a few hundred zenny to reset runes. Its really cheap.

Great guide btw! And I have a question about how dex plays out for a blacksmith/smith, what does dex actually do for a whitesmith/blacksmith?

It gives HIT, +1 ATK every 5 total DEX and increases chances for crafting. We also have a rune to convert DEX into PATK.

i have more atk than you about 1.6k. but i cant do 30k damage maximum of 15k with converter and whitesmith buff. i also dont have vecer axe and runes. does that contribute alot to my loss damage?

Yes, Vecer Axe helps, but it's mostly the runes doing most of the damage. You need runes to achieve this kind of damage.

I prefer runes first over Vecer. Once you get the first 2 Cart Rev runes you can save up for vecer while building up contribution and gold medals.

Tights III is the cheapest general purpose offense armor for WS. If you want more defense, there are several other options like Goibne's for more HP, +10/+15 Glittering for bonus Axe damage, Saint's Cape for HP/Atk, Staunch Armor for the set bonus and fear immunity, or Meteorite Armor for the stun resist.

There's always a chance. It's just that the probability to get a mino card is close to the chance of winning the lotto. :P You will be trading the chance to get better loot elsewhere for a chance at a jackpot. It's up to you to decide if it's worth it.

No. There is no weight stat in ROM. Cart runes are based on the number of slots in the cart.

It's important when you get runes because the runes will give bonus damage based on the number of slots in your cart. If you don't have runes yet, it's not as important. Just note that runes are an important part of this build. You cannot 1 shot minos without runes unless you have overpowered gear.

Unfortunately, no. The runes are what powers up Cart Attack. Without runes you'll deal like 10k dmg at most using the gear I've shown.

Darius Pineda hi Darius! Can you tell me more about your character? How close are you to the build I showed in the vid? It's likely that you're missing runes. This build relies heavily on runes, if you don't have them you will have significantly lower dmg.
