Open up a chat and discuss the terms of the deal in the chat window. If the item is 2b. Both parties agree in chat terms of the trade. Typically a 2b trade is 1b for the first deal, then 1b + item in the second. As long as you have the dialog a GM will replace any malicious wrongdoing if the deal is not completed. For large trades you keep a running total in the chat as one character can only hold 2b, but always keep one character in the chat at all times. I believe for very large trades you can get a GM involved, but most people do it themselves.

Yes, Lord Bearer is significantly better than Bearer due to the massive amount of max HP it gives.
