Verymuch achievable, well maybe, except for the head armor catherina vb that makes it possible to spam skill without worry much about run out of sp.

How do you get greed without being blacksmith? I usually play the private servers, but will be playing Iro soon.

It's the garment, Heroic Backpack give you Greed Skill.
