It's for those players who use the new Warlock sigil (Element weaver). The new sigil lets you freely use fire+water, fire+earth, wind+water and wind+earth skill build instead of the usual fire+wind and water+earth builds. It's actually a buff for AFK auto combat mode.

Swing time = CT, Cast time. I think it is the fixed cast time

Swing time is also called "Backswing" in other video games. It's the animation delay during and after you cast your skills. So, even if your skill has no Casting time (fixed or variable), you still attack slower because of the skill's backswing.

They made this adjustment because of the new Element weaver sigil. That can make you choose to combo either fire+water, fire+earth, wind+water or wind+earth instead of the usual fire+wind and earth+water combo. So, for example: The old logic is like you can choose to cast or not to cast your METEOR if you have 2-4 wind orb. But with the new logic, it will be like you can choose to cast or not to cast your METEOR if you have 2-4 wind, water or earth orb. I hope you got my explanation.

Meanwhile, Deep Sleep Lullaby's Deep Sleep will be dispelled if someone hits the target, WHICH IS WHAT HYPERSONIC WILL DO EXACTLY (inflict a damage at the end). So since Deep Sleep will be dispelled at the same time Hypersonic is triggered, what do Maestros gain from this "buff"?
