My LK is a 1 hand sword hope the skill for Rune knight is applicable for 1 hand sword wielder

Rune knight more suitable for 2 hand sword and Spear. The dragon rider mastery give 100% dmg modifier for all size. The skills dmg modifier also focused on atk, so 2hand sword will be better for the dmg output.

i dont know man this is dragon knight or rune knight they should focus on rune instead of dragon dragon knight should be 4th job this is RK so weak unlike pc version

NGL, RK looks damn weak. 3 Breaths but all are on a long cooldown. It also doesn't scale off HP unlike classic RO. Sword build looks damn weak as well, 10s cooldown on its lone offensive sword skill? And Enchant blade is forced neutral as well so it will automatically be trash when fighting high tier players with 2 Raydrics. Spear skills look decent but bonuses will obviously be on 2 hand spears so you'll be a squishy RK (no shield). It screams pure PVE and more of a support (via dragon breath disables) only for PvP which is a big disappointment.

Wind dragon breath is spammable the cd depends on your agi like bash, sturdy strike and vanguard force. Also all dragon skills will buff your normal atk and wind blade.
