Skip for extra dias and not having 60mins MA (30mins x2 days) or not skip for 60 mins MA. Your choice. Remember in order to get those skip boxes you need to redeem it using dias so you gain extra dias then you spend dias too to redeem the skip boxes and worse case you lose 60 mins MA.

That's from the vicland quest to obtain the title 'Unknown Traveler' once you get the title use it to have that circling ball effect.
