How to open skill slot in dispatch skill, the third and 4th skill?

its the same as combat skill, if you unlock 3rd, 4th and 5th combat skill via pet advancing, you can now use your pet skill books for dispatch.

we all run out of vit, i suggest you go red moon for a chance to get vit potions, use kvm points to buy vit potions, maybe buy kafra pass and use vitality restore in your talent tree under foraging
