this comparison is good, but as the m.atk grows to a certain level, the m.mod effect will be less significant. especially for crit build. Reason being m.mod add fixed amount of dmg to skill per hit, meaning, if one bolt hit 5 times, m.mod will add into the damage 5 times. but m,mod wont crit. so if those who go for crit build, can take this into consideration.

While Modifier provides more non crit damage. I dont understand why it also gives higher crit damage when skill info said modifiers doesnt crit? Hmm

I think its useless. Reason is, multi hit. Wiz have bolt with 10 hit per cast. And their cast time are below 1 scnd. WTF. While physical dps,nothing come close. Not with curent aspd mechanism. In short p.dmg mod is stupid for physical dps.
