@@aylakissinger1340 an ace here. And asexuality is its own spectrum. Romantic attraction and sexual attraction are two completely different things. You can be asexual but have romantic attractions for someone of any gender. And vise versa, sexually attracted with no romantic attractions. That's being an aromantic. Now, asexuality has three different levels that are all real and just as valid as any other. Sex negative should be pretty self explanatory. Sex neutral, it's not off the table, but you don't get anything out of it. Most asexuals who are sex neutral will have sex to make the other party happy, because it's what they want. Then there's sex positive, where they do enjoy sex (because let's face it, it does feel good). Say you're going on a date. Your date is to Netflix and actually chill. But if the chill leads to such, you're not against it. Even if it was never at the front of your mind to begin with. Does any of this make sense?

Well um, they could be either or both, and libido can be seperate from both. So it could be that he has feelings that are not directed to anybody, or romantic/flirty feelings that are not connected to physical attraction. As an Asexual person, I can tell you that you are kind of right. Kind of. Asexual means you don't feel sexual attraction (i.e. lust). There are plenty of Ace people who do enjoy the act of sex, though. Imagine, it's like cake: You may not feel the urge to eat the cake but that doesn't necessarily mean you won't enjoy actually eating it. People who don't like sex are known as Sex Indifferent (no interest) or Sex Repulsed (repulsed by it) which some Asexual people are but also some non-Ace people. Basically, it varies a lot.

As someone who is demisexual which is part of asexuality, I can confirm that if your acesexual or demisexual we can still have our flirty moments it just doesn't happen much. I’m glad you are creating a sim that is asexual,but please make sure you do your research there are some misunderstandings around being asexual and demisexual which are problematic. I am 23 and only recently came out it took me a while to work things out due to some misinformation when it comes to being asexual and demisexual a lot of people wrongly assume that if your asexual or demisexual you can't be flirty this isn't true as I said earlier we can it's just rare also some people wrongly assume that we are prudes or don't quite understand how things work which isn't true. Aros (aromantic) are the opposite of that they experience sexual attraction but no romantic attraction (meaning most aros don’t want a relationship) but it’s much more complex than just these examples but I just wanted to clarify!

It's interesting how having difficult times in school effects people differently because the year I had the worst mental health (that actually led to me dropping out of high school to home school) I had the best grades, all high A's like 93+ and I was in 2 school committies. On paper that year looks like I was succeeding and winning at life but in reality I was so low I got physically sick. And others it leads to having bad school results. It's sad too, how these different presentations can lead to different resources and help available/offered and the attention you can get/how much adults will notice and react. If you're going through a tough time, Reach Out! It can feel like you need to keep up a facade of everything being fine but things will be so much better with help. There's always someone who can help you, and it's always possible to get better.

Koda reminds me of this character (Jonas) in an online webcomic Long Exposure. And the bully is kind of like the "bully" Mitch. The character Jonas is adopted but also has a twin sister. They both(Jonas and Mitch) get end up getting magic powers. Kinda links the magic series with his sister.

I think in light of Koda's troubles with school and his all around misfortune, it would be a great opportunity to get him interested in art and sculpting. Perhaps he can work on getting his grades up and his parents can get him a crafting table, seeing how much he enjoys his lump of clay. Something I know a lot of us who went through hard times in school is that we were often able to find some level of peace, joy even, among the storm when we turned to our favorite art mediums. Perhaps he's a future Ryder? Moody artsy type? Who knows.

Koda could be either or both, aromatic or asexual. And libido can be seperate from both. So it could be that he has feelings that are not directed to anybody, or romantic/flirty feelings that are not connected to physical attraction. Ps. Just wanting to say I've been really loving the creativity of all your storylines. I love this wholesome hardworking fam I find Chase and his interesting family situation fascinating. Sage and her beautiful save the world quest, is pretty awesome too. I love the twisty witches and vampires twin storylines, wondering if you might want to add the witchy mods back and kind of combine them.
