Today, I have prepared a recipe for ragù alla bolognese sauce and rigatoni bolognese made with ragù sauce.
In fact, boiling ragù sauce is not that difficult of a recipe,
but I have always made it in a slightly unique way. Instead of just using minced meat,
I make hamburgers with minced meat and bake them once.
This way, the meat juice is trapped inside the hamburger, allowing you to taste a richer ragù sauce.
[Ingredients]
Ragu sauce
⋆ Minced beef - 500g
⋆ Onion - 300g
⋆ Celery - 80g
⋆ Carrots - 120g
⋆ Garlic - 40g
⋆ Canned tomatoes - 600g
⋆ White wine - 100ml
⋆ Salt

⋆ Herbs
1 serving of Pasta Bolognese
⋆ 150g boiled rigatoni
⋆ Pasta water - 90ml
⋆ Ragu sauce - 100g
⋆ Grano Padano
⋆ Italian parsley
⋆ Greek yogurt
⋆ Red Sorrel - 3ea
⋆ Peperoncino
