A grown woman knows when to tell you no! A grown woman knows when to let you go! You can have a big ole car and a big ole house but next to god nothing else amounts to a woman! 😌😌 these lyrics are helping me through a rough patch in my life. People will only do what you allow, get a grip and demand your respect and worth by putting a end to bad treatment. Put yourself first and keep it pushing you’ll never regret it, but you will always regret holding on

We need MORE songs like this biggin up our sistas. But it goes both ways. I know so many black men that are trying hard to provide and be a father to their kids but the women are making it difficult and still taking them to court, regardless of what they've done and are doing. Sistas WE NEED U. We need ur love and support. Behind every strong black man is a strong black woman. If u want the black man to succeed and prosper, we need u to ride with us. We can't do it without u. And that's a FACT!

I love Raheem Devaughn. I remember when his first single came out, and I literally didn't know who he was then. He came into the airport where I worked. I checked him in, and he was so sweet to me, and gave me a poster with his autograph and signature on it! After he left, I showed it to one of my coworkers and she said"Yo, you got Raheem Devaughn s poster and autograph?" I was like "yeah, but I don't know who he is". Then I finally listened to his song he had out at the time and was like"oooooh!, this guy is dope"!! 😅😅😃. Thank you Raheem for being so nice and pleasant at the airport! Not all celebrities are like that!!

Fun Fact: This song was created by Chucky Thompson (creator of Biggie's "Big Poppa", Faith's "Soon as I get Home", Total "Cant you see" Mary j Blige "My life", Usher's "Think of you") he created this song cause he kept Hearing Jay-z's "Lost one" so he implemented similar keys/chords.

Raheem's music reminds me of Lyfe Jennings. These dudes tried to uplift at a time when R&B was pure negativity. I'm glad that somehow the world is still able to produce artists that don't sell their souls for the money, even though I don't blame anybody for wanting the money. But it takes something special to stay true to your heart.

Im a black woman and I agree, so tired of hearing music (if you wanna call it that) the lyrics degrade women, not just black woman but all women, it's so tired and played out, not that it should ever be a popular thing to do, but if more music was created in like manner maybe we would see more positive relationships. I want to create a video with this song, of my mom her mom and all 8 of her sistrs, I think she will love it.

yes, I'm a strong a woman with a queen mentality who know who she is and refuse not 2 be a door mat 2 walk on; refuse not 2 be a door knob 4 people 2 take turns messing over me and taking me 4 granted and lastly I'm a married woman 2 a king who not only say he loves me, but his actions confirms it.
