No you couldn't possibly say that, because Qawwalis are usually performed differently with each performance. We're not saying that it's too good to be sung by him live; we're saying that it is too close to the original released record: timing, notes, everything.

This is one of my favorite songs of all time. But I have to be frank here, this performance is a lip sync. Or the editors layered the original song over the taken visuals. :( I wanted to hear him live with this song... :) awesome singer anyhow.

i could not find whether he was singing or lip syncing to the original music. the whole song sounded like original. if its live then making fools out of audience and music artists around him. also i doubt whether they could re create same effective song as original using instruments shown on the stage.

Sounds either like a lip sync or a track. He never sings exactly like the song in his live shows. it is too perfect, not the skill, but the comparison with the actual song. Then again, if this really was his singing in that show, then it is a perfect performance.
