Rahsaan....is by far one of the best male singers, composers, and writers in the music industry. He doesn't get his top respect or reward for his craft. He's also the most kindest person you'll ever want to meet. If you've never seen him perform, you're definitely missing a talented guy. His shows sale out everywhere he performs, his loyal fan base is phenomenal. I know because I'm one of his BIGGEST FANS!

I've been waiting for you to get into him. He's got 7 albums and they are ALL great. He's the best black male singer of his generation, period. He's your favorite singer's favorite singer. It's astonishing how many black male singers and vocal teachers never know who he is even though they listen to so many other folks who love him. this song is from his debut album in 1997. It wasn't a single, but it's a fan favorite and he ALWAYS performs it live.

Rahsaan Patterson is the sh*t!! I remember him when I was kid. I listen to him over and over once I start. You might like Angela Bofill songs. Check out "Over The Moon and Under The Sky" " I Try" Also check out Esperanza Spalding jazz songs. It's so many of her songs I like.
