It's like you made this looking at my chart. I do have this in 11th house, conjunct with venus and mercury, and saturn is my atmakaraka. In my d9, which is lagna vargottama, rahu and ketu traded places. From what I know this means balance. The karakas signified by Capricorn are greatly associated with gaining expert knowledge, and that seems to be the best way to fulfill desires too. I have specifically been focusing on developing a system that will allow me to focus on family life and my work life in a truly balanced manner. I'm in the military and one of ny commanders said it was impossible. I believed him at first, but if anyone can do it it's me.

With my experience I am not obsessed with the house Rahu is placed. Instead I am more obsessed about houses which is aspected by Rahu. Also I have realised that the house Rahu is placed, if I work on that house. I will automatically improve or get tge results of those houses which Rahu is aspecting. And about Saturn I have realised that we need to surrender completely to the house where Saturn is placed & without having any expectation from that house. It's like "doing seva".

I heard some astrologer saying that obsessions by rahu usually start coming at maturity age of planets it is conjunct with... if moon then 24, venus then 25, etc, and yeah rahu, ketu and jupiter take over the whole trine they are posited in rather than just the house they are in.
