really depends on what your acendant and ruler of the 11th is. I have a bunch of benefics in my 11th house so my "cookbook" interpretations I would have a fantastic life... but in truth the ruler of the 11th is debilitated and furthermore, the ruler of the 12th is also in the 11th conjunct all my benefics. This results in the opposite of good results. Astrology is an intricate science and you can't predict the results of your chart by sharing only one or two of your placements.
