Rahul Gandhi met Anganwadi workers from Uttar Pradesh in Gram Sarai Sheikh in Chinhat Block on February 28, 2014. Aanganwadi workers shared their challenges and concerns with him during his two-day tour of Uttar Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi assured Aanganwadi workers across India that he will work towards resolving their problems. There are around 13 lakh Anganwadi and mini-Anganwadi centers in the country.
