The comedian here is trying to be funny but he couldn't. He is carrying his fake rant to the person but the person is answering as if he is sitting in an interview. If you just turn off the laughter, you see comedian is behaving like an uncle who wants to make fun of you but is so lame and flat that you don't even understnd. He didn't even understand that Ola is the customer and not the person who booked the cab.

The initial misunderstanding started when Rahul didn't realize that Ola IS the customer of the IT company where the guy works. He said it is a B2B relationship, so his customers are businesses (Ola in this example) and not the people who are booking Ola cabs.

An Unpopular Opinion, this is not the best of Rahul for sure. No wonder it was deleted. He is spontaneous and my favorite as well, but the jokes in this video was falling short as the audience member was not floundering in his replies which Rahul was trying so hard to establish unsuccessfully.
