मैं आमतौर पर comment नहीं करता, लेकिन एक उदाहरण देता हूं, मेरे शहर में यदि आप कपड़े लेने व्यापारी बंधु k paas जाओ तो पहले तो एक दाम है , चलो फिर भी ठीक है, उसपर गलती से यदि रिटर्न या बदलवाने गए तो भाई आपने बहुत बड़ा गुनाह कर दिया, बोलेंगे शाम को आओ, शाम को कहेंगे आज नहीं होगा संडे को आओ आज मार्केट का दिन है , इन्ही लोगो ने मजबूर किया है ग्राहक को ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग में। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स में तो व्यापारी बंधु दुकान से निकलने के बाद पहचानते ही नहीं, बदलने ( यदि सामान गड़बड़ है) में मदद तो दूर की बात है। उनकी परिस्थिति देख कर दुख होता है, लेकिन वो भी जिम्मेदार है।

Maine do din pahle ladki ke liye kapde lene gaya. 3. Se 4 kapde dekhne ke baad bhai saab naraj dikhne lage. Me jannta hun diwali ke bhid me paresaani hoti hai. Me surety dilaya me jarur lonnga phir bhir unhone thodisi badtaamizi karli. Me wahan se turant nikal gaya. Achhe dukandaar bhi hai lekin kabhi apni pasand ki chize unke pass nahi milti. Return to koi dukan daar leta hi nahi. Badle me kuch dusra lelo bolte hain.

Yes I would love to buy local, I would love to help my country indirectly buy our country's products. But the problem is that our local retailers sell at a higher price that over the budget, over & above the MRP. As a middle class customer I searched physically & found out that our local products are high or not available at all.

10 yr experience in online shopping. Amazon Flipkart. I have earned 50k+ cashback in Amazon. I compared which item is better to buy online and which is better to buy offline then I do shopping. And never disappointed with online shopping but many many times disappointed with offline shopping

I fully Agree even small retailer do the same, I purchased Anjeer Barfi from Prashant Sweets, they charged Rs 2000 Per KG, I bought some packets (Pre-packed) and gve it to some relatives. Luckly one of them opened in my presence and found it had mix Mithai which they were selling for Rs 1400 Per KG

मेरे गांव के कुछ व्यापारी जो दूसरे राज्यों से आकर छोटे छोटे दुकान लगाकर बैठे थे अब उन्होंने दो तीन मंजिला इमारतें खड़ी कर दी है। लेकिन कहते हैं जी हम सिर्फ 5 % ,7% पर बिजनेस करते हैं। क्या 5, 7% पर बिजनेस करके इतनी बड़ी इमारत और कोठियां खड़ी हो सकती है?

Do not agree on all the points. Even retail shops have problem with defective items, refund, inflated prices. Getting cash back does not save money directly but it give you another product with the save money. I think the worst culprit which has resulted in customer being fleeced is the tag of MRP. Nobody knows how the MRP is calculated and what is the actual product cost. It sometimes is very absurd to see the MRP of 1000/- and then being offered for 200/-. I would like to see a video on how MRP is decided by companies.

Another point I see yet to be touched. For offline, you pay dearly if you trust them and don't bargain. I mean, look at the nonsense, a customer is rewarded for lack of trust, and going for hard bargain(with drama). Personally, I don't have time and energy for such things. So I always look for long term relationship with my vendors, which can only be based on trust.

आपकी बात 100% सही है कुछ पैसे बचाने के लालच में कई बार सही प्रोडक्ट नहीं मिल पाता है और बाद में सिर्फ पछताने के सिवा और कुछ नहीं रह जाता है जबकि ऑफलाइन परचेस करने में दुकानदार पूरा प्रोडक्ट दिखता है अच्छे तरीके से उस प्रोडक्ट के बारे में बताता है और खरीदने वाला भी प्रोडक्ट हाथ में लेकर के पूरी तरीके से संतुष्ट होकर के चेक करके तब प्रोडक्ट लेता है जबकि ऑनलाइन में सिर्फ फोटो देखकर हम लोग प्रोडक्ट खरीद लेते हैं उसे लेने से पहले चेक नहीं कर पाते हैं😮😮😮

Thank you Sir for the information, some of them were new for me to hear but offline retailers too sell over & above MRP also argue by saying that if you want to buy then buy or leave. This is the attitude the offline retailer shows. An incident happened that me & my sister went to bandra to buy Jeans, when we ask about the price, the seller guy literally said that it's expensive & was not telling us the price. Both ways we customers are judged or fooled. But for me online shopping for everything is really better than shopping offline & hearing the cheap language.

Aapki aankhen khol deta hun , Sara ka Sara mall in online sales mein chote vyapari hi apna mal bechte Hain aur khoob profit bnate hain. Chote dukandar full mrp par hi mal bechte Hain chahe kirana ho ya daily use ki cheezen. Retailers ek paise ka discount nahi dete Jo bol diiya bas usi keemat par lo varna jao. Alag saman lene ke liye alag alag dukan dhundho aur phir nominal discount ke liye behas Karo itna time nahi hai apne pas. Maine bahut mal liya aajtak Flipkart se Amazon se meesho se liya kabhi takleef nahi Hui agar kuch saman galat aya bhi to vapas hua aur paise vapas mile. Kisi local dukandar ke pas jakar bolo ki maal kharab nikala to vo jhagra karega par vapas nahi lega.Jahan customer ko fayda hoga customer vahin jayega. Customer kisi ke baap ka nahi.

Kyunki in brand ka offline store hote jaha par lakhon-crores invest karke store open karna padta, isiliye yeh log janbujh kar online me genuine product nahi bhejte hain... Store me jo defect , dispute, damage, duplicate product sell nahi hote, wohi sab dispute ya duplicate product online me bechte hai....

I avoid online shopping because I have no energy to return products if they turn out to be wrong, faulty products. I don't like buying tv, fridge, etc online just to save money. I prefer buying them from reputed shops because mechanics will install products. I can easily call the mechanics with the help of the shopkeeper if I have to do repair works

I h've bought Bosch series 6 washing from flipkart and 3 premium mob phones including other electronics & accessories but haven't faced any issues. Infact, the washing machine is still standing after 5 years without any service. But, all these things were before the Nirmala Tai decreased the Foreign direct investment limit. The sellers h've more autonomy, now on returns and other policies of these platforms.

Card offer to extra ha hi 3) offline mein agar mujhe nuskan ho raha hai to faltu mein market ja ke kyun mein marketing karun online agar kam mein mil raha hai to obviously mein online mein lunga 4) refurbished product alag hai new alag hai !! Aur agar used product milta hai to refund and replaced ho hi jata hai !! Personally Flipkart mein mera kabhi returns mein problem nehi huya hai !! So jagruk bano online shopping kharab nehi hai !!!

Shop local ki Jo baat aap kar rahe ho, I do not agree with that completely. It make sense for small things like vegetables, fruits or kirana. But when it comes for a product costing 20k, I will definitely go where I get it at cheapest rates. A electronics shop owner is also a businessman and not a simple street side vendor.

All local vendors have made lots of profit in last century,, they are still not ready to reduce a penny from MRP. Local vendors badi badi gaadiyo me ghum rahe he,, fir hum Bike and scooty vaale kyo online shoping na kare.
