What a review.. Well done.. I'm looking forward to get one this year.. This review helped me a lot on the updates it has received this year.. Thanks.. I rode one of the previous edition last Night on Bangalore Kolar highway for 240 kms just to test ride it.. And I must say what a confidence inspiring machine this is.. Great at holding the line and keeps us engaged because of the speeds it can maintain.. 110 to 120 kmph is the comfortable cruising speed what I experienced.. Lights are phenomenal.. Brakes are good too.. Saved me from skidding on few occasions.. Sitting and hand posture wasn't as comfortable as the REs.. I'm 5.4 and had to slightly lean.. But it's is not a huge problem and we can use handle bar raisers if needed.. 😊 Overall as you mentioned.. What a phenomenal package.. Thumbs up to Dominar

+vishal sharma that will be an overpriced shit giving worst mileage.It will probably be an excellent vibrator,so are other REs.REs are the least reliable.ANYTHING can happen at ANYTIME

I have seen alot of dominar reviews, no one is this detail in term of cruising at 100kmph, riding position, filtering in traffic. That was a well detailed review. 80% of people buy this bike as a daily commute both city & highways, majority will be city, even they market it as a touring motorcycle, As I live in Coimbatore I'm looking forward to buy this bike as my daily commute mostly city rides & some weekend rides This review was very useful for my kind of usage. Thank you Rahul

You are welcome, I asked Bajaj to give me this bike for at least 150 km ride so that I can ride it under different conditions and make a real life road test, I am glad that it helped you. Please do subscribe and stay connected for the future reviews. I also cover a few tech videos like action cams and other stuff, I hope you enjoy my future content as well.

Hi, I'm an bike enthusiast and I'm residing at Bangalore.I Hope you have noticed in metro cities that the bikes are parked mostly on streets which is not so safe. May be due to space constraints and more other factors people are forced park bikes outside their premises. May be this could be the reason people are not ready to buy premium bikes even if they could afford one. It would be good if you do a video on "how to protect our bike from theft" or "Better ways to park in metro" Even if people are aware about this, you vlog may give confident to people to buy a bike and sleep peacefully. Please do the needful !! Regards Vj.b

Bro, one more question. Which color do you suggest? I thought matte black looks so sinister and my first choice is matte black🔥🔥🔥😍 but this red color is also tempting and now I am confused. And is matte black color less prone to scratches ?I also think the matte black color looks less dirty when in muddy places. Your opinions ? Thanks.

depends upon your usage...r15 v3 is very good..bt lacks abs....rs200 has power bt the engine looses it quality over time...if u will to spell out anothr 50 to 60k dominar is a value for money...yes the maintaince is a bit high...i dont knw abt the engine refinement aftr few years...bt of you want tht go fr fz 25...or wait till 2019 to gt the abs version of it....yamaha engines are bullet proof...so no worrying abt it..i own a fz16 of 2010 model...still got no probs or vibrations !!!

R15 is for city rides and some short weekend rides.It's powerless in highways, doesn't have abs,the sitting position gives u backpain and it's just 150cc which you will overgrow after riding it for a year. On the other hand , dominar is a super versatile cruiser bike,great for city,highway and off roads, sitting position is so comfortable for long hours and of course the powerful 377cc engine.So,consider these points and make your choice.All the best!👍

A great review bro. Can you suggest me this bike for approximately 20_30km daily office n once /twice a year long tour? Is it comfortable as I suffer from neck न back pain sometime? What is approximate mileage in congested roads of kolkata?what is your opinion regarding rtr 200 4v abs race edition? Can it fulfill my requirements of comfortable seating posture n 90-100 smooth vib free cruising on highway? Plzzz reply bro....thanks in advance bro....

suddep ghosh dominar is very comfortable on highways so long tour is its forte For daily commute i wont really suggest as in heavy traffic u would feel the weight Cruising on highways- u can hold at 120kmph for hours non end without a worry. I personally held 148 kmph avg for an hour without any hassle. City riding u need something which is flickable and light weight. U wont be really touching 100+ speeds in kolkata (especially with the speed meters these days) if u are well built and comfortable with weights domi would serve u fine

If you have 70K more than the Dominar, go for Apache RR310.. If not Dominar..

Nice review... but when you comment so much on cyclist and truck drivers not using the indicators for changing lanes you could have done that ... please use the indicators even when you are comfortable to pass the vehicles or change lanes without any vehicle nearby... have safe ride always... god bless

Thanks but sponsored would mean that I can't make them honestly as they would be paying me, I just prefer if they shared the video though, which unfortunately they don't.

Yes, if they are retarded they can think so, there is a barrier in the middle of that road so that it's off limits to people. If it was a normal road I would have never reacted. And if you ride bikes then you should already know it doesn't require your arms to balance the bike on the straights.

Overall, I got quite a bit for what little money I paid for my D400. Comfy riding position, surprisingly good brakes (so long as you don't keep pushing them), fantastic headlights, nice switchgear. Plus a rear seat that won't prompt the wife to ask for a divorce. Having been used to the upkeep of bigger, heavier 4-cylinder bikes, oil changes for this bike are cheerfully cheap... which means I can actually afford to indulge in fancy synthetic oils! Lack of paddock stand bobbins on the swingarms is a letdown -- I'm thinking of having a pair welded on. And the footpegs keep digging into the calf of my legs every time. My biggest complaint is the vibration. Maybe it's early days yet, but I find the various types of buzzing on this motorcycle annoying. The ABS works... that's good news for newbies & absent-minded commuters... but I miss the ability to brake hard just short of a stoppie. When you know how much road grip is available, you squeeze the lever firmly expecting the front end to pin down hard for a quick predictable stop... but instead the ABS takes over and keeps the bike rolling for some distance. I cannot predict the stopping distance as a result and I find that very disconcerting! Also... if you keep doing that a few times, the single front stopper starts to fade alarmingly!

Upgrading to a pirelli or Metz can really help in cornering.. Rahul bro I own a mojo and I am unhappy with it other than the great engine.. horrible breaks and weight management..can I go for the dominar which has all the technology of abs and slipper clutch or should I look for another bike. Also has the vibrations gone in 2018 version as few people say.. please let me know
@RideWithRahulOfficial
@RideWithRahulOfficial 6 жыл бұрын
No the vibrations aren't all the way gone, like I said, they are still there on the bars but not so much on the pegs. If you can afford it the new R3 looks really promising, and if you want my perfect pic it's a Duke 390 but it's not so comfortable (vibrates way less) but not so soft on the seat and riding position. R3 feels very easy to ride and refinement levels are better and also now comes with ABS and metzelers. Dominar for it's price point is still the most value for money motorcycle and I would gladly do a Kolkata to Delhi ride on it.
