sir u forgot to say that, document 1 and document 2 makes whole as document, from which document 2 was the counterpart executed by B and same was given to A , hence A can used counterpart document 2 against B as primary evidence. but the same counter part (document 2) will become secondary evidence against A, as he didnot execute counterpart document 2.
