Cartridge and Cartilage are two very different things. 😳

Both products are manufactured by SC Johnson. The refills are interchangeable.

Does this work for houseflies? A lot of traps are effective for fruit flies and gnats but not house flies?

To make a mistake on social media is like falling off a cliff! lol...thankfully, the incorrect word ended up getting me lots of engagement and views on this video. Thanks for standing up for me! But it is kinda funny when I go back and hear myself! ha

The world (KZbin) can be so cruel, and here we all thought high school was tough. Thanks for the great review. Have you noticed if these work on house flies and not just the little gnats?

TECHNICALITIES? sure, and TECHNICALLY I recorded for playback and there are THREE versions. None of which are the correct verbiage lol. But yea, heart in the correct place and if you're meaning to tell me English is first language, you edited yourself , you INTENTIONALLY put it on the internet, and you're SURPRISED 300,006 people eagerly have fun with the word choice (some at your expense, others in fun) you didn't properly think it thru. Now! That I've completed my third grade run on sentence with the addition of random punctuation to appear less terrible lol; let's get back to this Carl Edge guy i keep hearing about, where is he fitting into the equation on bug killing solutions

Cartridge* I thought I was hearing things at first until you said it again… I don’t know, lady you sound too old to not know the difference between cartridge and cartilage.

I bought mine a week ago, and I still haven't trapped any flying insects. I hope this works.

It's still working for us. I recently plugged it back in since we were getting fruit flies and we have the back door open more often with the warmer weather. It's catching stuff. Let us know if anything changes on your end. Hope it works!

Thank you for your video. It was helpful. ….. I know…I heard it too & knew what she meant. It’s okay I’m sure I don’t pronounce everything correctly either. Hope you have a great day! :)

wrong design, take a "cartilage" and hang it on a thread so it keeps rotating as any wind passes, also because it is free to rotate, it can have 3d geometry and in the recesses, specs of solar powered lights. so you get much larger surface area, a moving area, a trappy trap and no power needed

what kind of cartilage attracts better? Human? another animal? I'm kicking myself for not keeping some of the cartilage that was removed as part of a fibula free flap a few years ago.
@swipekonme7 ай бұрын
@@ssalava i had the same thought, i heard cartilage instead of cartridge, you know how it is, tons of videos to catch up on
@swipekonme7 ай бұрын
@@ssalava btw there is an even better design. make a circular base with solar cells, make 6 inch walls intersect at say 90 degrees, make a low powered uv light at the base shine through a few mm thick glass cylinder at the centre of those walls. the cylinder rotates the walls (with 3d geometry) at say 1 rpm, the walls are spaced from the cylinder by a few mm so the light shines through (cylinder may need frosted grooves)
