Let me educate you dear, Getting a registration certificate renewed and a degree are two different thing. He is a legit doctor bcoz he is clearly mentioning that he had just not collected renewed registration certificate from Office. This Registration renewal is the stupidest formality that any doctor has to go through and it's just paper work. If a doctor by means failed to renew registeration doesn't mean that a qualified doctor became a quack all of a sudden. Please educate yourself on the matter first and then comment and mind you it takes insane amount of time just for the renewal process.

Doctors Degree has a lifetime validity that confirms that he has adequate knowledge and is able to practice anywhere in india and registration certificate keep getting expired every year. even your driver's license has a validity of 20years. If someone asks you renew your license every year n if takes almost 4 months just for the renewal. Will you not think it is absurd? I am not here to disrespect anyone. Everyone gets that the video was talking about the registration and not the degree and everyone knows that having legal work done in india is really tough. No one is accusing the doctor of not having a valid degree. The title is misleading in a way but the fact that he doesnt have proper paperwork cannot be justified by saying that its a hectic process. Other doctors have it too. Even you would be having a registration but it is necessary and should be done without excuses. So you cant blame the magistrate for taking action against him for not having the registration but you can blame her for the title of the video. I agree with you on that.

He has the registration number and certificate too.. The issue is that the medical registration with the council needs to be renewed every 5 years and the doctor is due for his renewal. Renewal of the registration can be done within 1 year of the expiry. He is trying to explain the same.

@@uryoutube Correction, being a doc isn't the minimum qualification, MBBS is, a doctor has to study much more than mbbs in order to establish himself .MBBS is the minimum qualification for being a doctor as well . At the same time, you can crack UPSC after finishing your BA,BSc etc.

Arvind Pandit.. Today Era doctors are just doing business rather than servicing people.. Dr tittle is very responsible word and as a Dr he must be aware about his license validity date and know the process also.. If he doesn't have the valid license who knows his license has been deemed.

There's no wrong in treating a patient by a doctor if he has a degree... Registration is a different thing.. Degree shows his qualification.. if he has no degree, that is illegal.. here in this case I guess the matter is about registration..
