Massive tip for f2p fusions - stockpile loads of greater/superior potions and get loads of 3*/4* food. Make sure you have that food constantly ready to upgrade any fusion champs to 4* and 5*. That's how I got Rotos and several other less useful fusions far easier. Save your gems from the mine for energy refills during fusion events and sit on a big silver reserve for; dungeon farming rares for fusions, artifact enhancement events etc. If you're f2p and fusions are "impossible", it's because you weren't prepared for it properly (except Tormin. Pure void fusions are yikes).

Yes - I'm trying to do that now, somewhat! However, I'm upgrading all previous fusion champions to 4* and ascended, as a gamble, if I get them - if I get enough legos later, I can always sac the fusion rares - and keeping some rares just in case they are useful for the fusion.

Yeah and do research before. I knew from reading her kit and guides online that I wanted UMBRAL ENCHANTRESS and I wanted her NOW! I didn't care about Urptuk Moss whatever. So I put all my limited resource into getting the rares for Umbral and those tournament and event rewards and didn't really worry about the others.

Another thing that helps is keeping all your epics, even if they are trash. A lot of times that alone will help you with fusions. Potions are a must, I use alot of my free energy for farming potions, from quests and missions and such.

Really useful video! I used a lot of books on an Occult Brawler I had in the vault so I could progress on Clan Boss. Then, this past event, I got a Miscreated Monster, Doompreist and a Mausoleom Mage, with only two books left. Good to know that they're still going to be useable. Save your books people!

I have come up with a vary good buget team to counter the current meta. Doompriest in a speed gear mosoleum mage in a shield set bloodgorged in immunity gear. This combo will counter rotos, foli and hegemon teams

Great video! My list: I farmed a lot of spider 13-16 with an Armiger at lvl 50. Spirithost was a great carry through mid game dungeons at lvl 50. I wish I had known about the trick with books before ascension....I think most people tend to immediately ascend champs once they decide to level them up. I know I did.

I have my main that I've put a little cash into, and I have an account literally named EffToPee. I find the F2P account so relaxing and fun. It's zero pressure to farm up a Spirithost + Warmaiden and start experimenting with low level stuff. It's like a little RAID zen garden. :D

Good video. I am a FTP player, I've played for over a year now. Never considered not ascending Champions before booking. A very good tip. Actually it hasn't come much in to play for me, I learned early on save books, I rarely book any Champions Epic and above.

Also (as I just learned to my detriment) if u are working on arbiter mission: prior to ascending a champion to lev 6 see if it’s a champion you will use for arbiter. If so wait till the prompt to do it. This is NOT retroactive like some of the other missions. I now need to upgrade 4 more lev 6s to get her.

Great content , I think Lanakis is one of those champs you don’t need lvl60 even though she is legendary. I found hard way 6staring Luria, CH, Apo and warmaiden early, hindering my whole progress. CH especially in early game spider...thought I won lottery and got massively disappointed, without books her CD is long...spider will heal up before she can cycle her ability, she needs some decent gear as well. I would say though farming masteries on your core champs helps a lot in dungeons early WM/GS proc helps a lot to go trough content same as evil eye turn meter. Maybe you could make video on champs, highlighting which one is good to invest early and late game. Great video HH !

I've been having a lot of trouble with spider, especially with getting the spiderlings to hit my tank. They'll start off on it, then halfway through, they'll switch to another character. I have no idea why they suddenly switch to a less vulnerable, full health champion.

3:28 Masteries on Ultimate Galek absolutely improves his chances to landing his burn with sniper. level 50 is enough but you still have improvements on almost maxed out masteries.

Royal Guard! I just pulled him on my final push to spider 20. Mine is only level 50 ascended 5 with decent gear. Still hits hard. Does between 25 and 33 percent of spider hp on takedown and thats plenty if you have other characters keeping the team alive.

Great video HH. Hmm... I like having my sepulcher maxed out in books on that passive. Perhaps it not totally worth it probabilty wise but having that passive at 50% chance is NICE against Clan Boss/Dungeons. But yeah I guess the Increase Defense and Decrease Attack are the most important things about her for sure. Great champ. Haven't regretted putting books in her at all.

I managed my arbiter mission with a level 50 ultimate galek and a level 50 seeker. Wasnt fast, but it worked...then when it was done I plugged arbiter into the same team and had a 90 second spider team

Hey, do you buy book offers in the shop or are all of these from events? And how about Cupidus as a HP burn champ for spider? Pulled him recently and he‘s my only hp burn champ. I do have Royal Guard and Armiger lvl 60 fully ascended but no quite the gear yet. I‘m at spider 13 right now. Should I level up and use Cupidus? Or wait for better gear to do damage directly to the spider?

The sniper masteries helps ultimate galek place hp burn anlittle more, it helps, especially for some people that cant keep the spider turn meter down . Also the problem with ult galek is spider 19.

Its 100% worth booking Ult Galek if you dont have a CH/MM or turn meter control. He helped me get Arbiter and clear spider with a roughly 80% win rate.

This is very helpful. I recently pulled ultimate galek and was not having any luck with his hp burn so i started to ascend and apply books. Two books and level 3 ascension and still no better luck with the hp burn. I am just lvl 40 and u. Galek is same. I have tried him in cb easy and normal, arena bronze 3 and spider. In all i have seen his hp burn activated just once. At my wits end finfding it hard to believe my rng luck is that bad. His accuracy is 126 and I have yet to see his hp burn skill proc and fail due to accuracy. Any suggestions before I put him away in the vault?

The first tip is good, but take it with a grain of salt. It is easy to use lower level champions when they are the right affinity (only 1 level) AND you have the perfect setup (MM and the perfect protection). Compare it with me (I have no MM and no U. Galek), with no AoE Burn and i need every little thing i can get to make it to high level dungeons... i am making do with Soulbond Bowyer (no coldhearts too) and Empress as affinity Tanking. But anything wrong can throw the setup out of the window, i failed spider 16 a lot of times, finnaly got to 17, and now i am failing again. On spider 20 it should become better since i will only need to focus on Empress for tanking and soulbond landing the turn metter controll, but it is a long road. The book/ascenscion tip is a major one! I didnt know it worked like that!

I beat Spider with a lvl 50 unbooked UG to get my Arbiter. Since then I have booked him up to recycle the hp burn faster and took about 2min off my run time, but hes still lvl 50 and holding his own. My initial spider 20 team was damn close to f2p friendly. Aminger, Apoth, UG (f2p) and then I ran psylar (could be replaced by soulbound for f2p) in a stun set for control and a high resist Doom priest to activate UG and tank the spiderlings. No one on this team had masteries at the time I got my Arbiter

Very good tips, though Ultimate Galek isn't even the best example for this, since he is a Debuffer and rather squishy. Best examples for champs that don't need to go past level 50 are tanky healers, buffers and revivers who don't need accuracy and whom you don't need to put out a lot of damage, especially if their heal doesn't scale with their Max HP. It can work with durable debuffers, too, but midgame players who haven't maxed out the accuracy in their great hall yet will have problems to get 200+ accuracy without a banner AND without putting them into an accuracy breastplate (which is not advisable for a 5 star char that you want to run in high level content, you want to go Def% or HP% on the breastplate for those so they can take a hit). I run e.g. a 5 Star Reliquary Tender in my FW 21 team and against the Nether Spider on Doom Tower normal.

People don't realize but a coldheart at 5 stars with high crit dmg and 70% crit rate, accuracy chest can be just as good as one at 6 stars if you have have decent gear. The caveat is... u need miscreated monster. Or at least someone of the neutral affinity to tank and they need to be lower hp than that coldheart but high resist/defense, speed doesn't matter... If you have miscreated monster and your 5 star coldheart is the one tanking with shield definitely pick up stoked to fury and arcane celerity masteries on her

Clan boss is daily free resources (dungeons cost you energy) and the best income of shards and books there is.

Hell you should try cupidus he is a great champion. I am f2p and he’s been carrying me the whole time. I’ve seen him land 50K hits with his a3 and he’s not even fully ascended with some random lifesteal gear I put together and that’s without any form of decrease defence or weaken.

I got to UNM almost ftp, I spent about 1000 rupees that ~= $20. Trust me, once you get to end game, you'll be begging for books.... the key is to not marry your first lego and fully book it as soon as you get it.!

I've repeatedly done the ascension before booking mistake. I get way too excited about champs and want to build them right away. Skullcrown was the biggest one. I don't even have Sinesha, so that skill is useless, and even if I did have her it's a waste of skillbooks. My f2p tip is after you get a handful of good champs save your gems for refills to do tournaments and get books and gear. People in my clan buy more ancients every chance they get trying to get new champs. At a certain point it's more beneficial to grind for gear and get books from tournys instead.

i would say books yep, lvl50 vs 60 yes, those are things you can spare some energy, resources. But ascension isnt really that hard... when you are f2p you dont have much champions that often so ascend one from time to time isnt really a problem(talking from my 100 F2P days experiance where i do potion dungeons almost only when missions tells me to :D) aphotecary gains 5speed by lvling him to 6star, and can gain speed from banner(especially f2p acc has to gain speed wherever you can) :D i would say that was bad example but point was there :D

I use a level 50 reliquary tender to clear dragon 20, granted she has great survival and speed gear, but I probably won't bother to get her to 60. Steelskull is borderline 50 viable, he needs a lot of books though. You may be better off with flat stats on underleveled units. The base stats are much lower at 50 without ascending them.

Just level your champs to 50 and put some gears on and see how perform in the areas you want use them in before level them to 60. I did that with Reliquary Tender, she's at lvl50 and part of my 4man dragon team with a shield set.

Taking someone to lvl 60 adds a lot of survivability. My Alure does her job very well even without an acc banner, but she sure would be a lot better if she didn't occasionally get smacked by waves.

As f2p I don’t see the aversion to getting someone to 60. In my opinion the hardest part is just deciding who to do next. I have the resources for 3 champs to 6* right now and I’m just sitting on them til I decide. Same for ascension. Pots aren’t hard to get for f2p. I think the focus of conservation should be on books.

Well I watch a few YT content creators including HH. If there is a consistent theme, its that you can take basically any champion, throw them in 6 star gear and kick ass. Unfortunately, for the 3 to 6 months player like myself (I just got Dark Elhain), we are not able to do this. I dont buy gear and if I have any 6 star gear...I farmed it (I dont believe I have a 6 star ammy or banner). The problem is my 6 star gear doesnt have the best stats which provides me far fewer options. Obviously, you can accomplish anything with this game over time but I would truly like you and other content creator to build "Spider 20/Dragon 20/Ice Golem 20" teams using 4 or 5 star gear. Not this hey, I have Ult Galek at 50, throw on a 6 star banner and 4 other 6 star items and see how efficient he is? Wow...any one can do it! Umm....no "we" cant. BTW, want me to start discussing my pathetic crop of Legos I have over 4 months? Hey...at least I have a Rhazin!!!!! G f G!
