The problem with penix that nobody talks about other than his injuries is that he is left handed. Stabler was left handed and he is my all time favorite Raiders QB but we have to know if Getsy can coach the offense up with two right handed QB’s and 1 left handed QB. The positions and routes will be completely different. I think penix has a great arm and so much talent. I would love to hear what y’all think

It's not as much of an issue as you're thinking. He can still position his body to make any throw on the field. Other than play action roll outs preferably being to the left rather than the right there's not much you gotta change

If we go ahead and pick up a OT and Gilmore, we could possibly double dip at the qb position in the draft. We really don't need too many more positions on our team besides replacing what we lost. Malachi Corley for Renfrow, a lengthy cb for Amik. Gilmore for Hall. OT for Eleumenor. A strong, thick framed 3 down speedy rb for Josh Jacobs.

Look, i know that Wasted takes Penix at 13( illegal?) but i think minshew was brought in because they have a SECOND round grade on him because of the injuries. Remember what Hondo said, Telesco mentioned to him that only bad drafting teams would draft a 2nd round guy in the first. At #13 you need a starter and im sorry but we're no better than the panthers if we reach for someone and then start him before he's ready just because he was a 1st round pick. Thats a WHOLE LOT of Ls right there. That would be the Raiders thing to do. The old raiders of the past couple decades. We gotta stop that shit. I think we draft our shut down corner or lineman at 13. Or we trade back a few spots, let the crap teams outbid each other for reaches at QB. Then draft a RT or CB in mid tolate round 1, at 44 draft another starter then maybe we pick up a 2nd for moving back and with that pick you get Penix if hes there. If not then get another stud on the OL and in the 3rd pick up Rattler. This seems like a better, more reasonable attack on the draft. Our fans claim they want to change but are trying to do the same crap every draft. WE ARE ONE OF THOSE BAD DRAFTING TEAMS. We gotta stop doing that, draft the unsexy but solid picks and if we have to roll with Minshew/AOC, then at least we're surrounding those boys with an assload of talent. PAUSE>
