Hey cool video. I’m learning how to build defence in pvp and this just killed my hopes and dreams. I had a couple questions, someone said something about it being a mistake building fences too far from the wall? Please can you elaborate. Thanks for the sub mate. Don't be too upset as this raid was when gen 2 first came out and a few patches have changed the way you raid them now. The vents are no longer x6 damage now and you cannot dash as fast with shadowmane now. What Simon was saying about fence supports is if they are too close to turrets they block line of sight and too far away they are easy to take out so best in the middle with turrets in front not on foundations. My main advice would be dont build wall too far back and on space side make sure you build heavy on top of vent on outside to put people off fobbing there.

Thanks mate yea we wiped a few vent bases like this. The ark devs are pve mate they need somebody with pvp experience to test there new dinos out before they release them.

When your dashing vents do the c4 glitch like you did get a glow pet throw a c4 on the glow pet and have your bud throw a c4 on you you will fuck that wall up a lot quicker

Often times tribes that are raided come back and wipe you, so if I were to get the chance I’m mekking every single foundation

I'm not sure what your implying there mate lol. You will be surprised how many people do this as when the raiders get in your base it usually over even if you pincoded your vaults it makes no difference just some c4 or an artha and a bit more biting or a few more swings on the mek.

A lot of people built there as there is not much better spots if you want a bunch of space. When we raided the vents they was still x6 damage though so was really easy.

reason i play pve there are so much going around tactic exploits meshing to raid a base.... i remember when ark came out defending a base was more easy wasn`t impossible to raid bases but was more balanced. now u can run up to a death wall with a riot shield and high dura flak... joke

Agreed proozax. Like you I loved old-school ark PVP. It was more primitive, no OP dinos and no OP tek. You had to have skill and a good tribe. On xbox there were no server transfers as well but as soon they introduced them the game got shit unless you were luckily in a mega tribe. If you weren't you would just get wiped for no reason.
