Bro hamare yaha tatkal ticket counter par ghatala chal rahe printer kharab hai computer kharab hai bol kar logo ko uluu bana raha or sabal puchne par RPF ki dhamki de rahe bhaiya ji iska koi solution batao ham garib log rat jagte hai ticket ke liye or a log ghatla karta hai or ham kuch kar nehi pate hai

Aur agar ek bar me solve nahi hota to baar baar Karo alag alag group k logo dwara. Twitter me bhi sab railway accounts ko tag karke incident ka explanation do. Tabhi ye sab badal sakte hai.. Aur complain karne walo me kuch aache padhe like aur kuch wealthy log ho to action zyada jaldi hoga. Sir ghar ka eak member call attend nahi kar raha hai wo train me hai na koi response kar raha 15 to 20 times call Kiya tabhi call attend nahi kar raha hai to complain kayse kare please solve

In that case, if you have his/her PNR number, then on Rail Madad app please go to Train complaint and then select category as "security" and sub complaint as "person missing/not responding call" and then put all other necessary details. Surely RPF will attend the coach ASAP. Hope you will be able to communicate with your family member.. please reply back.. Waiting...🤞🙏🏽

For putting penalty on catering vendor, rail Madad app is not the place. You can note down your complaint number and mail them later for the panelty action, and tell them to update with exact status. But for now via rail Madad your overcharging problems will surely be solved. Pantry staff will come and provide you proper bill with exact rate. And due to the printer problem or some other issue, if they are not able to provide the bill, then the food will be free for you... Thank you 😊👍🏼

Call ayega apko railway staff se ya rail Madad k team se.. Wo puchenge ki aapka problem solve hua ya nahi? Aapne call me Haan bol diya to wo apke call recording ko as a proof rakhke wo close kar denge automatically. Thank you 😊👍🏼

In Rail Madad app select "station complain" tab on top. Then in complaint category select "catering and vending service" And then in sub-complaint category select the exact reason for your complaint and proceed with Station name, platform number, description and other details... Thank you 😊👍🏼
