Difference between Raila and Moi is that when Moi was in power, ALL Kalenjins whether educated or not were employed in all the big government and parastatal offices. Raila is a toothless dog who has done nothing for the people of Nyanza in terms of employment and it's amazing that they still want to elect him. They must enjoy their poverty because even in Kisumu alone the majority of government and parastatal office employees are not Luos. The Luos need to WAKE UP from their slumber.
