Define "prosperity" and describe the "Chinese model!" For some reason, folks seem to think deep down within themselves that being African is being inferior...so some foreign model should work. China developed by accessing Western markets after acceding to the WTO! Mao tried hard and failed, finally killing his people in millions like dogs! Xi inherited his model from Deng Xiaoping, who simply embraced capitalism. You can read about it. So there is nothing like a Chinese model...just another Western Capitalist idea...why capitalism you ask? Why didn't the Communist Party copy the USSR approach? Because a free environment for enterprise WORKS! What makes China unique is that the CCP a totalitarian puppet master atop the fruits of capitalism. Of course, they would never accept that....and I don't think you would either.
