The Skunk Train no longer makes the full run because a tunnel collapsed years back and hasn't been fixed. So, they added the rail bikes.

I don't know who owns the tracks but the company that runs the rail cars also runs the skunk train over these tracks.

Same group, all theirs, but now a train that doesn't go anywhere due to the tunnel not being fixed after the collapse.

The Skunk train was an actual railroad until the tunnel collapse. Still is, but can't go between the two locations any more.
