Freezer has the best commentary. On a side note I just recently discovered one pocket and I think it's the toughest game in all of cue sports, even tougher than snooker. It requires so much thinking, understanding of how the balls will react and where they will end up after being struck, requires action when needed and patience when needed. Understanding game.

Yeah, it’s chess to 8-ball’s checkers. When you can, play a game of one pocket, then switch to 8 ball. Your shots will be REALLY good!

What was that comment Scott made during the opening??? Matchroom rules??? How did matchroom get their hands into the Derby?? Please say it ain’t so Greg! Aside from maybe the Seniors one Pocket Tournament, the Derby was about the only thing Americans have of their own. I Swear; if a purple five ball shows up as a normal part of the Derby City Classic., I will cart my beloved Nine-Foot Diamond Professional pool table to somewhere in Louisville, Ky.(maybe in the old Executive Inn parking lot) and hire a Bigfoot truck to Run over it repeatedly as aTV crew I will invite film the whole spectacle, and a high school band plays “ The Night They drove Old Dixie Down “ Then the Star Spangled Banner. Nuff said. ( almost) I did shed a tear when I saw a purple five ball on a table in Jason Shaw pool room recently. Although it was a Matchroom sponsored event,and Jason is after all “British “. But Jason was after all one of the many, many victims of shooting the “wrong ball “. They All thought they were shooting the purple four ball (as it is in every pool room in the whole rest of the World!! ) But I did think the Scottish were a bit more Individualistic. “ BRAVEHEART”. !!!!!
