Just download resource packs for immersive railroading such as Amtrak+ darkraiders freight and Santa Fe railroad for more trains

Try going into controls and clicking on the horn and just rebinding it and if that doesn’t work make sure your locomotive is on and make sure your ambient/environment sounds are on in mc sound settings
