Another stunning (or maybe stunned) performance by VIA staff. The poor guy handing the wheelchair assist device had a heck of a struggle in deep snow, as did the passengers. I wonder why that agent with no coat pulled up the trap without even a look to see the lady walking toward the door. Oh well. Some nice fast moovin freight in this one too, liked the horn howdy. Thanks, yes seemed in a rush. He took her bag and went on board and let her struggle to get onboard. He should have helped hervon since he never put the step stool down then he should have got on.

Is it just me or is Via rail doing a poor job on just basic things like clearing snow on platforms? Anyhow, Happy holidays!

No it is not just you, allowing the pig slats to sit on the platform for over 4 years show nobody cares. No wonder they lose many millions each year.
