Great video! I think this was made a quiet zone now...I hate it when the trains don't blow their horns...

So long, Florida. I enjoyed seeing the colorful Brightline trains. Nice catch of a firetruck crossing here too.

Great video! Love how the pedestrian signals still use incandescent lights and WRRS/US&S gate mechs!

This Crossing and Tyler Street are my favorite crossings on the route.

It's Interesting how the FEC re-timed the old Incandescent Lights to flash faster, instead of just replacing them! Glad that they kept this Crossing almost entirely original.

I think so too. They did upgrade the cantilevers to LED and new lights though.

Why did they need a extra pair of lights?
@freebrickproductions6 жыл бұрын
The gate mast is likely just a standard mast signal that they put up at this crossing, and never removed the front pair of lights from it.
@TheCentralTexasRailfan6 жыл бұрын
What David said is correct. When the Brightline came along the FEC put up new cantilevers at many crossings that did not have them previously.

@@freebrickproductions I think I may have found out who made these 12 inch LEDs that look like Dialight that FEC and Charlotte Lynx uses. They are made by NEG and they call them 12 inch NEG IL Series LEDs. However they are also made by Leotek. With saying that NEG website has them and Leotek EV Series LEDs both. They maybe actually Leotek IL Series LEDs and NEG just also sells them.

@@MobileRailSpotterRxR Yea, they're likely Leotek IL Series LEDs.
