My goodness, isn't this a surprise! This was brilliantly produced, I didn't even realize it was an adaptation of our story until halfway through! This is the best film I've ever seen made in a pre-existing Roblox game, there were some really impressive slow pans and low angles in this, and the character movements were quite good! I especially liked the snow machine operator jumping down from his "cab". The respect Gordon and Maurice have for each other is so obvious and sweet, and you do a brilliant job of establishing it before shit hits the fan. Seeing Gordon thundering along the main line with his machine is so badass, especially with this powerful score! The music in this lifts it SO much, you selected such fantastic pieces for the whole thing! I love the machine's voice too; more persnickety and smug than what we went for, and I definitely prefer yours. You have a very strong understanding of pacing and timing. The buildup to the indignation meeting, with all the engines shuffling into place and then Gordon being the last to arrive, just makes the moment feel so epic. In the comedic sense too, I LOVE that moment with Thomas and the signal, it's like three seconds but I laughed so hard. Just a single shot of him and a repeating sound effect and the viewer understands exactly what's happening; you made SUCH good use of resources you had little control over, and told your story flawlessly using them. This film is full of clever filmmaking ideas like that one; when Douglas's tender flexes on the turn, and instead of trying to hide it you ZOOMED IN and gave it a sound effect! You turned a glitch into a fun little moment full of character, like the points are too sharp in the Ironworks or something! I loved that! OOH, and the way you change between facial expressions to have characters wink or blink or express sudden emotion... Brilliant! This whole thing was just SO well put together, I loved it!

Thanks so much! I didn't think you'd see it THIS QUICKLY! I'm honestly so surprised I was able to make a decent story out of meme of all things. I'm also shocked at how well the montage of Gordon ZOOMING through the countryside worked out given that I could film any moving freecam shots (I was shooting it solo). I'm also glad the pacing worked out in this! With the scene of Donald and Douglas at Suddery, I decided to play out the scene slowly to show that the task of snow-clearing ain't rlly the most exciting thing. I also try to have funny gags like the signal shot and the points fiasco to keep the viewer drawn into the film. Your comment has absolutely made my day, your models and your audio stories ESPECIALLY have captivated me so much!

This vid is criminally overlooked. The writing is witty, the plot is original, the cinematography is top notch, everyone is in-character...This is easily my favorite Christmas special to come out of 2023 and it gets better every time I rewatch it. Instantly subscribed. Kudos!

Well, I have to say, this was a surprisingly cinematic Thomas episode I've ever seen this year. I had absolutely no idea you could make such a dynamic episode like a real Thomas film in Roblox. The dialogues, comedy, and little details you put in were all incredibly awesome! I literally burst out laughing at some little humours while watching this. Again, an excellent work, and thanks for giving me a wonderful send-off to the year with this nice movie!

Dude, now I'm even more mad I didn't get the lines in because this was probably the best video I've ever seen filmed in Sodor Online 😭 Some of my favorite scenes include the rescue mission and the indignation build up, But everything in between was fantastic. You have such mad editing skills with the facial expressions and camerawork. Everyone involved deserves a round of applause! Although personally, and this is totally selfish of me to say, I wish you waited a little longer for me to get the lines done because I ENVY the dedication here lmao

2. There is lots more coming to the road! 3. I haven’t really considered adapting any AUs. First off, I don’t think i could adhere to consistent releases for a series. Second things like Sodor fallout have kinda gotten old (for me at least). I just prefer to adapt stand alone stories, nothing against AUs as a few can actually be fairly good at times

if you ever need a voice actor I would be glad to help as long as theres no swearing and no taking God's name in vain... I know several people who make Thomas videos with swearing and I don't believe it should ever be in a children's show or fan made media dedicated to a children's show
