Wow, really enjoyed this talk; chalk full of very practical ways to keep our tests slim and fast! I agree with the in-lining of data setup in tests; I used to be quite a fan of getting clever with nested examples and `let` statements, but I've since realized that gets out of hand quickly. My approach these days is to always start by setting data up inline in the examples and only extracting common setup into something like a `let` or `before` later (if at all).
