A railway branch line in Devon bought and converted to a narrow gauge / miniature tramway. A beutiful journey along the bank of the River Exe.

Very nostalgic. I noticed that the tram wheels change the trailing points by force.

Sprung points so always set for facing direction correctly. Saves having to get out and set them. A nice line Andrew

Would you be OK if this were used in an online meeting and a commentary added?

Yes it is definately the river AXE! I do wish people would get their facts straight - no excuse in the internet age. That aside it is a nice railway, smartly run by friendly and helpful staff. Start your journey at Colyton. it has free parking, an excellent cafe and the old station has been preserved in contrast to the airport style terminus at Seaton. Unfortuneately I can remember steam trains along te branch so cant ride it without a pang of regret.

The River Sid is in a neighboring town (Sidmouth) - the trams at Seaton run alongside the Axe estuary
