Railway Empire 2 - Aggressive Expansion (is the AI Broken?)

We are aggressively expanding our rail networks to a few new cities that we will have to build up before it officially deemed a "town". The AI is indeed broken in the earlier years and stops attacking you after about 1832 when the game starts in 1830. I will have another video up soon where I learned the AI is not entirely broken.
