May be an update but in the first campaign the beginning is a tutorial that does teach how to make and place signals on a side track between Omaha and Norfolk.

good beginner tutorial. i need it specialized for stations with 2 or even better 4 tracks. how do i make them use all slots on the trainstation or let them pass on a free slot so they reach the station behind

Sir. I have a problem with my station. I have station two section. My trains use only one section (10 train). I must manual 1 or 2 section for train. Train in station not automaticly section. Sorry for my english.

What does a non directional stop signal do on it's own(without a directional signal on the same section?

Allow the train to stop at it and wait for the mext section to be free. Can be use when 2 track connect to 1 station. Check the game tool tips, it had animate picture and very slow video to show you.

It would have been a better video if you had done it on flat land and not buried half way inside of a mountain so you cannot see anything.

Total failure to explain the game mechanics of signals - i.e., which type of signal to add and which combination to use - as well as the practical explanation of how a signal "divides" track into sections.
