as a man who lived in nyc some time ago I can say that the railways on 4:01 wasn't a parth of subway system in the city, it was a cargo line that was in use from 1930's to 1980's, and later was abandoned, till 2008 as I remember correctly. Instead of deconstruction, city decided to create a park, based on this line history and rn named as The High Line Park.
