Living to the north of Wolverhampton, this has been a fascinating watch for me. You have got to shed a tear or two at what has been lost.

Thanks for uploading. For the record D3136 was a 0-6-0 Shunter. The film shows a Co-Co that could be a type "4" . I can't read the number unfortunately. Can anybody identify it correctly?

I have seen film of long goods/freight trains being pushed from behind at some speed and there is one here. I cant understand why this was allowed, I'm no expert but surely the Driver could not possibly see clearly ahead from the rear of the train and this would surely have been very dangerous?

It would generally only happen in sidings when rakes of wagons were being shunted into dead end sidings, so the loco would have to push them. There is a clip of what appears to be a loco pushing a train at just after the 19 minute mark but there is a loco at the front, and this one is on the rear banking, or assisting the train engine up a gradient.
