the train was rescheduled from at 10 from jamu tawi and it took 3hrs 28 mins to reach jahlander, which is the normal scheduled time to reach, so you cant it is late

Sheet stupidity of the railways. This train was in Delhi area for more than 2 hours for nothing. Allowing all and sundry to overtake it without any basis. I can understand if there was an emergency... but if not it could have easily saved 2 hours time. They need to control the traffic lot better.
