As far as I`m concerned, RAIN was the Best Beatles Tribute Band when they were playing in the early 2000`s. I listened and watched a lot of videos of other tribute bands, and without a doubt, they were the best. You can take that to the bank. That`s when Joey, Steve, Joe and Ralph were playing together. They sounded just like the real Beatles. A lot of Rain fans were saying the same thing. I miss you guys playing together.

😂This group of artist - saw them with my dad before he passed. He was so intrigued and had never seen him in all of his 92 years (almost 93) enjoy tv so much. He saw with me this group of artist doing the ice show. They did every tune, just like the true Beatles. Thank you for the memories guys!

Their lead guitarist (George) was absolutely fantastic. Would love to see this band play. I was 12 when they did Sullivan in 64. So many of us that were there as teens are slowly dying out. Great to see how many young kids today can still love great music compared to what is out there today.

I saw these guys last night at The Villages Fl and it blew my mind. Fantastic in every respect. It is interesting that "Paul" is now playing the bass left handed.

and SHOULD be since McCartney is Left handed, it looks wrong seeing all three guitars going in the same direction. It sort of spoils the illusion. The front three in the Beatles, left to right....Paul with the neck of his bass pointing left, George, then John with the necks of their guitars pointing right. Wouldn't you agree that is the look we have all seen with the real Beatles. So then, with a tribute band who is portraying each Beatle, should also being playing their instruments in the same direction as the Beatle they are playing. I mean, if a "John" or a "George" was playing LEFT HANDED guitar, THAT would look wrong and spoil the illusion as well. Just saying.

Interesting. He played the bass left handed at the show I just watched. I suspect he’s right handed but learned to play left handed for authenticity. If so, that is true dedication!

These guys are amazing, awesome musicians, they are doing a great job with the tribute to the Beatles. I was a teenager when the Beatles hit the scene. I became a big fan. Ringo and George were my favorite Beatles, Ringo’s unique drummer style caught my eye and thats why i wanted to be a drummer myself. George’s lyrics were awesome, especially ‘My Sweet Lord’. I could listen to this music all day long and I did, nowadays there is really nothing worthwhile to listen to anymore for me. This is simply unbelivable! I'm a huge fan of the European "Fab Four" Tribute Band, and they're absolutely great and may look a little more like their idols, but these RAIN - guys just sound unbelivably AWESOME!!! And being a musician myself, I know, that the Beatles' Songs aren't as easy, as they may sound - they're especially pretty hard to sing...but these guys just nail it!!! I've always been confused about Rain. Ever since the late 80s I have heard of a Beatles Tribute band named Rain. They performed for the movie, Birth Of The Beatles and they also appeared as a lounge act in Las Vegas. They can't all be the same members, or could they? They all sounded awesome! I was there through the years, no one has even come close but these lads do. Originality is there! It certainly moved me and brought memories flooding back because it’s really close to it. So good that it makes me feel back there in those days with my girl by my side as well as personal bad moments of those days, their style and singing unlocks all that.

Just got home from seeing them at the Fox Theater in St Louis. It was an absolutely amazing show! I've seen all of my favorite bands live, except the Beatles. Since I was born in 1970, seeing them live was never a possibility. I feel like this covered that. Thank you so much for bringing me back to the songs my mother should know. My voice is horse from singing for the entire show! lol

Not sure if this was always the case, but from the 2 (soon to be 3!) rain shows I’ve been too, they strictly prohibit and enforce no photos or videos of any kind. This applies to all of their shows as well. Hope this helps!

Technically, Rain doesn't allow people to record their shows, that's why it's hard to find videos from more recently. There's a few videos out there, but they technically weren't supposed to record it.

I saw a journey cover band recently, they were good but they said we’re just going to let you know we make mistakes just like regular bands. Most cover bands do a lot of lip-synching and we don’t. Makes me think because boy this sure sounds like Paul. I’m not a cover band expert. Hard to imitate orchestra music as well as they did.George’s transformation at the end was great!

When I close my eyes, I still hear a band imitating The Beatles. It's very well done. But come on? Anybody who says if you close your eyes you would think it's the Beatles, doesn't have a very discerning ear. I thoroughly enjoyed their performance though.

Yes, the same here. It's definitely not the Beatles but a good performance to act like them anyways. I have seen other bands that were closer in portraying them. But still a good tribute band for what it's worth.
