Listening to this beautiful recitation made me consider removing all the music I've collected over the years.I myself try to recite suratul Mulk every night,now I can't sleep unless I recite it. Made me more composed as a person. It is hard to get rid of bad habits but if we are willing enough nothing is impossible. Reciting Subhanallahi Wa Bihamdihi not only erases the sins but also increases the rewards abundantly, it is a two-way benefit. We don't really know how many sins we make each day, knowingly or unknowingly.
