little tip for you when if possible with water bottle filling always face bottle down stream saves any turds getting into it and i think them shotgun blasts was someone having a shot at an arse scratch

As you say not a 4 season tent but got a great sized porch for winter long nights as well as space for cooking indoors, I have the 4 season original Terra Nova Trisar, you could take it up Everest but it's down side is a bit heavy, has 2 porches but not big on vestibule space, will take it out on my next wild camp

I got one of those hot tents - awesome value for money and great build quality. I had mine up to 35c! Unreal. I'll check that website out 👍 Keep up the good stuff 😁

Worth taking into consideration how much floor space the tent takes up . Could be problematic on a woodland camp .

I'd be careful heating tinned food directly in the can, lots of tins are lined with summat with a chemical called BPA in it, the BPA can leach out when heated. It's not the most pleasant stuff in the world. Doubt an emergency tin if soup will do you harm, but it isn't summat I'd do on the regular. Edit/ I sound like my mum there 😂
