いつもながら、野菜を調理前にきちんと洗っているところでほっとします。 私も農家出身なので、親から厳しく言われて野菜は調理前によく洗います。 農家は、農薬の怖さをよく知っているので、宅地内に自家消費用の畑を持っています。 その畑は、ごくわずかの農薬しか使いません。それでも、野菜はきちんと洗います。 どのキャンプ系の動画を見ても、野菜を洗うことなく無造作に調理しています。 おそらく家に帰ってもそうしているのでしょう。 小売店で虫食いの低農薬や無農薬の野菜と見栄えの良い農薬をたっぷり使った野菜を並べて売っていても、消費者が手に取るのは、後者ですから農家を責めるのは筋違いです。
