I am crying because here where I live deforestation is at a rapid pace. I understand that we need to clear up some land for infrastructure but some projects are very questionable. Hope I can be like some of the heroes here and give back to nature.

Just as there is deforestation there is reforestation. I understand that we cut trees to create the necessities of life but is it so much of a task and a burden to plant a tree? I mean everyone can do it. It requires no skill man.

But I thought that the rainforest ground was very barren - with most of the usable nutrients being in the things, (mosses & ferns), actually living on the branches of the trees. Though maybe I'm wrong if he's succeeding.
