32:45 Yes. There is a team chemistry ranking and a team salary ranking. That determines the likelihood that someone from your team requests a raise/trade. It can still happen with a happy team but the % is lower. You can ask the CPU to choose for your team so becareful. You can also control all teams in the settings as a way to be commissioner/God mode and decide the fate of every team. Also, yay!!!! I see you got a trade offer ay the end.

There’s a setting for sim quarter lengths which can be adjusted to make the stats more accurate. You just need to make the quarters longer for the CPU games that are simmed to even out the stats
