Life is a constant path of finding solutions that'll make it much more simpler to endure. The standards we are placing on ourselves are the very weight that keeps us down at times. I just turned 30 about 9 months, and I find myself depressed because I'm still figuring it out. What we need to understand is that happiness lies in the journey and not the destination at hand. Control your expectations in life and you'll realize how less it affects you when you really think about it. What you're doing now is hitting the wall that all of us do sooner or later. Take some time and really reflect. Trust me, it does wonders when you really sit down and break shit down. I've been a fan since the Vine era. You're going to get through this!

As someone who recently overcome the worst depression of my honestly pretty short life so far, this video hit me pretty hard. I made an attempt to take my own life and everything, all because my anger issues got the better of me one too many times. I don’t want to hurt the people I care about, but it always happens every time I get too pissed off. Suicide wasn’t the answer, seeking professional help was. One trip to counseling was all it took, that and the love and support from my family and the friends who chose not to abandon me in my time of need.
