Rain rot in Donkeys {Get rid of it Fast!}

Rain rot in donkeys also known as rain scald is an ugly dermatological disease that affects horses and donkeys. It's itchy, can be painful and cause hair loss.
I use a DIY rain rot remedy for prevention most years that works well but this year I had to pull out the strong stuff due to ALL our rain!!

That looks the same as MTG main and tail groom. Sulfur and oil are the main ingredients

We had a really wet winter and now my girls hair is falling out . I’m new to hanging donkeys and we got two for my daughter so I’m learning as I go . I been washing her with betadine shampoo but her hair is just falling out a lot now . I’m lost on what to do next . I want to try this .
