I know this comment is kinda old now but for people still reading this, take this advice and make sure you switch up the rain videos you use for studying/working/chilling/sleeping. Follow more channels if you have to, but make sure you change what you listen to every so often. When going through tough times, you might later connect the feelings you had at the time, with the videos you were listening to during those times. These videos can often become triggers and bring back those feelings or make you feel plain uneasy, so make sure you switch it up or have a big playlist of sounds you like listening to. Speaking from experience 😊 have a good sleep!

I never expected to fall in love with these zen scenes. But, I’m missing my New England home bcuz where I am at is barely seeing a consistent cold pattern. We had a grid down last February freak snowstorm & I was in my glory. But I am playing these more & more. I use it for my dog who rests in the day to calm him. I play these scenes on my big screen & it just takes me there. I use it to fall asleep as well as reading. It’s perfect!!!

the best thing to do get a hot cup or of coffee or tea or whatever drink it is but it has to be hot (not too hot to burn ur hands) put on headphones sit on the couch or whatever but it has to be at least comfy grab the drink in ur hand close ur eyes imagine ur self in a cozy place with a fire place and u will feel the ABSOULUTE REALAXATION...hope this comment helped u
